There is no better way to get your equipment into the hands of attendees than by participating in the Skid Steer Rodeo! Farmfest attendees will get the chance to operate your equipment and/or attachment in a timed course that tests their handling skills.

In addition to the terms set forth on Exhibit A and B, the Company agrees as follows:
Booth Requirement: The Agreement is contingent on Sponsor securing booth space and paying the applicable booth fees by May 31, 2026, at the then-current rate; and by agreeing to be separately bound by the terms of the Exhibitor Agreement and Exhibitor Manual, available on Farmfest.com.
Insurance: Sponsor shall carry, during the term of this Agreement, commercial general liability insurance (or its equivalent) with single limits of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence, will name IDEAg as an additional insured and will provide IDEAg with proof of insurance no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Event.
Cancellation: Sponsor has no right to cancel this Agreement or its Exhibitor Agreement. If Sponsor cancels its sponsorship or its exhibit space, both this Agreement and the Exhibitor Agreement will be cancelled, and neither sponsorship nor exhibitor fees will be refunded nor applied to future events.
If IDEAg cancels the Event in any year for any circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, labor strike, pandemic, government emergency or damage to or loss of the Event facility, IDEAg will at Sponsor’s option, either (1) apply monies paid for that year’s show, less a pro rata share of expenses incurred by IDEAg for the Event up to the date of cancellation, toward Sponsor’s sponsorship of the subsequent year’s show, or (2) refund that pro rata amount to Sponsor.
Term: This Agreement is effective as of the date last signed below and shall terminate on the day after the conclusion of the Event.
Right of First Refusal: Sponsor shall have a right of first refusal to retain its sponsorship level for the following year’s Event, for the price and at the terms established by IDEAg for such purposes. To exercise its right of first refusal, Sponsor shall notify IDEAg in writing no later than ninety (90) days after the conclusion of the Event. If Sponsor fails to provide timely notice, Sponsor’s right of first refusal shall immediately terminate.
Payment: Payment is due in full upon execution of this Agreement and receipt of the invoice.

By completing the form below, each party agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Exhibit A: Sponsor Benefits
With sponsorship payment, IDEAg will provide the following benefits for the 2026 Farmfest event:
- Promote Company as a Sponsor of the Skid Steer Rodeo, held August 4 and 5, 2026 starting at 1:30 p.m. and August 6, starting at 11:00 a.m.
- Company name and/or logo will be listed on the Farmfest website, social media, in the show program, show app, and radio as a participating sponsor in the Skid Steer Rodeo.
- Photos of Company’s skid steer or attachment will be posted on the Skid Steer Rodeo page on Farmfest.com.
- Company representatives will be allowed to address the audience for up to ten (10) minutes about the merits of their equipment.
- Company may display self-standing, 3’ x 5’ or 4’ x 6’ sign at the site of the Skid Steer Rodeo. Signage provided by Sponsor
- Ability to assist in the design of the rodeo competition challenges.
- IDEAg staff to manage and run the event.
- Attendees will be directed to sign up for the rodeo competition in the sponsors' booth spaces before the event takes place.
Exhibit B: Sponsor Responsibilities
Sponsor will provide the following to the 2026 Farmfest event as outlined below:
- Submit a high-resolution logo to IDEAg@IDEAgGroup.com as soon as possible.
- Submit photo of skid steer or attachment to be used in the rodeo to IDEAg@IDEAgGroup.com as soon as possible.
- Sponsor is responsible for producing, delivering and setting up branded signage to the skid steer rodeo area on the show grounds as directed by operations staff by Monday, August 3. Refer to the Farmfest exhibitor manual for move-in hours.
- Two (2) skid steers are to be brought to the Skid Steer Rodeo Course for staging. Skid steers can be staged on lot between Monday, July 27 – Sunday, August 2. Deliver the keys to the show office. Staging hours are the same as move-in hours found in the Farmfest exhibitor manual.
- Move-out of the skid steer is the same as exhibitor move-out hours. Refer to the Farmfest exhibitor Manual for move-out dates and hours.
- Sponsors are to provide two (2) skid steers to be used by participants in the skid steer rodeo and available for ride and drive testing throughout each morning prior to the rodeo competition.
- Sponsor acknowledges that during the ride and drive daily testing, 9 a.m. to noon, they need not have a representative present. All ride and drive participants will hold a valid driver’s license and be required to sign a liability waiver prior to their test drive. If Sponsor has a preferred form of waiver, it will provide such to IDEAg as soon as possible by no later than Monday, July 27. Sponsor hereby releases IDEAg for any and all liability for any damage to its equipment or for injuries that occur during or as a result of any ride and drive or the skid steer rodeo, unless due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of IDEAg.
- A Company representative must be present during the skid steer rodeo event each day to answer questions and speak about the product.
- Company’s booth staff must be aware of the skid steer rodeo competition and support driving attendee sign-up procedures.
